Terms & Conditions Agreement

To be an authorized affiliate of Whimsy Business, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Whimsy Business Affiliate Program Overview:

*A qualified referral is a referral who purchases a membership of 3 consecutive months or more at one time.  For example, you will not receive a commission on a referral who purchases a one or two month membership.

The Memberships:
Crystal Memberships:
3 month membership receives 4% commission on qualified referrals*.
6 month membership receives 5% commission on qualified referrals*.
9 month membership receives 6% commission on qualified referrals*.
Sapphire Membership:
1 year membership receives 10% commission on qualified referrals*.
Diamond Membership:
3 year membership receives 17% commission on qualified referrals*.
Pink Diamond Elite Membership:
One time membership fee and receives 25% commission on qualified referrals*.
Commissions paid on any sale or lead turned sale on memberships listed above.

Commissions will be paid on the 16th of the month, unless the 16th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.  **You must have a minimum of $50.00 in referral commissions accumulated in your affiliate account before commissions will be paid.

Commissions will be paid via PayPal or check if you prefer.  NOTE:  if you prefer payment by check payment will be mailed by above stated date, NOT received by that date.

You can regularly check your referrals and commission earnings by logging into the affilate page right from the WB home page at www.whimsybusiness.com/sunshop/index.php
